What it's short on is installation-first contractors — crews who will install the material you chose, wherever you bought it, on a subfloor that's actually been prepped. That's us. No showroom overhead in your price, no steering you to whatever's overstocked, and no "the installer is a subcontractor, call them" when there's a question later.
Luxury Vinyl Plank & Laminate
The workhorses of Black Hills homes — waterproof, dog-proof, and snow-boot-proof when installed over a flat, dry subfloor with correct expansion gaps. We install click-lock and glue-down systems.
Hardwood & Tile
Solid and engineered hardwood, acclimated properly for our dry winters; porcelain and ceramic tile for kitchens, baths, and entries — on flat, crack-isolated substrates, because tile only ever cracks from below.
Subfloor Repair & Leveling
Squeaks, dips, moisture, and old-house surprises fixed before the new floor hides them. If your project includes a remodel or addition or freshpaint, we sequence the trades so nothing gets damaged twice. Garage or shop floors? That's a coating, and we do those too.
