Prices shown are typical ranges, not binding offers; every project is different, and actual pricing is set in a written estimate after we've seen the job. Blog articles reflect our experience and general practice in the Black Hills region and are not professional engineering, legal, or financial advice for your specific situation.

Quotes and Communications

Submitting a quote request does not create a contract or reserve a spot on our schedule. When you provide your phone number, you agree that we may call or text you about your inquiry; message and data rates may apply, consent to texts is not a condition of purchasing any service, and you can opt out of texts anytime by replying STOP.

Intellectual Property

The Site's content — text, photos of our projects, our logo, and design — belongs to Black Hills Property Solutions LLC or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written permission. You're welcome to share links to the Site.

Acceptable Use

Don't misuse the Site: no attempting to breach its security, submitting false inquiries, scraping content at scale, or using the Site for anything unlawful.
